Senior Project Manager Are you a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who has a strong track record of delivering high quality projects across the UK is currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their new £68m industrial project in Tunbridge Wells About the role This large-scale industrial project features a substantial groundworks package with 500,000 Sqft of industrial space, as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project. Requirements of the Senior Project Manager Oversee all phases of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards Lead a multidisciplinary team including Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations Monitor progress, financials and project milestones, reporting regularly to senior leadership Requirements for the Senior Project Manager Proven track record of delivering construction projects ideally within a tier 1 environment CSCS card and 1st Aid and SMSTS Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills, A deep understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations and project management best practices Strong understanding of steel frame structures and groundworks What we offer This opportunity comes with a competitive salary and package including car allowance, mileage paid, Private health insurance and bonus.
