If so, we want to hear from you About the Role: We are recruiting for a Social Housing Refurbishment Site Manager to oversee a range of refurbishment projects within social housing. The ideal candidate will have experience working on planned works, voids, disrepair, or reactive maintenance in the social housing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, with the chance to lead projects that improve housing standards for local communities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage refurbishment projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet time, quality, and budget expectations. Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring safety, productivity, and high-quality workmanship. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and resolving issues as they arise. Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site safety protocols, and industry best practices. Ensure projects are completed in accordance with social housing standards and legislative requirements. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in social housing refurbishment, including planned works, voids, disrepair, or reactive maintenance. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple trades. A proactive problem solver with excellent organisational and time-management skills. A passion for delivering high-quality work and improving social housing environments.
