Job Description: Intermediate based Project Manager required for NI based projects The projects will be managing will be predominately in Northern Ireland, but a small number might also be in the Republic. You will have to manage several jobs at once, but these are usually low value ranging from £150k to £1m in value. The role will not involve a large amount of travel, but he / she would be expected to attend site meetings / visits on occasion. Person Specification: A qualification in Quantity Surveying or a construction related discipline You must be methodical and very good with communication and paperwork.
