ACR are currently assisting a Tier One Developer with their search for an Externals biased Manager on their large residential scheme in West London. My client are looking for someone to oversee the following: • External walls • Curtain Walls • Precast concrete walls • Fire resistance • Landscaping • Balconies • Flat Roofing/punch hole windows This is a great opportunity to join an industry leader who can offer excellent scope for career progression and the opportunity to work on exciting projects. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who is driven to progress, comfortable managing various external packages and has previous/current Tier One Developer/Contractor experience.
