Senior Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Planned Works Location : North London Our client, a leading Tier 1 Principle Contractor, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, delivering a significant planned maintenance scheme in North London. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the commercial function, reporting and pre and post contract procedures. Key Responsibilities : Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring contractual obligations are met and regularly reviewed. Manage and submit monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) and progress reports. Develop an in-depth understanding of internal and external tender strategies. Negotiate external valuations and manage cash flow to maximize project value. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to finalize main and subcontract accounts. Oversee all subcontract management tasks, including Procurement, Measurement, Contractual instructions, and Health & Safety compliance. About You : Experience working at a Tier 1 Main Contractor on significant Planned Maintenance schemes Strong commercial skills and experience in cost control, value recovery, and cash management. Proficient in interpreting financial reports and handling final accounts. Proven ability to enhance project value and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
