Project Manager Manchester £370 - £400 / Day Project Manager required for a £40m project in central Manchester. This includes the construction of new build luxury apartments and the refurbishment of an existing building. The build will consist of a full groundworks and RC frame package, brickwork cladding and luxury fit out. The refurb will consist of a soft strip, fit out and brickwork restoration.
