Job Title: Site Manager – Retail Store Project Location: Carlisle Duration: Monday to Friday (Next Week) Working Hours: Day Shifts Pay Rate: £270 per day Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a retail store project in Carlisle. This is a short-term role, Monday to Friday next week, and requires someone with a strong background in retail fitouts and excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project stays on schedule. Oversee subcontractors and ensure high-quality workmanship. Maintain strict health and safety compliance on-site. Provide daily updates to the project team. Requirements: Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), 3-Day First Aid, Fire Marshal, and Asbestos Awareness. Proven experience in retail refurbishment or similar projects. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
