Deanston Cooper is currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work for a highly successful, privately owned contractor based in Motherwell, specialising in multi utility installations for new build housing projects. Working on a variety across the Central Belt, your duties as Assistant Quantity Surveyor will include: Undertaking interim and final valuations for works complete Assisting with preparing monthly applications Raising invoices Subcontractor payments Monitoring costs and reporting Applications for the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor are welcome from candidates: Who have recently obtained a Quantity Surveying qualification or who are still currently studying but on a day release basis With previous experience working for a contractor on either civil engineering or utilities projects Who have excellent communication skills
