Senior Site Manager This Site Manager role is a great opportunity to make an impression with a reputable firm with a large order book. You will be working with an experienced Project Manager and learning the processes within the company to help build the project. The project is a large £20m new build steel frame car park which runs from the beginning of October into Spring 2025. The Project Manager will be visiting once or twice a week and as the Senior Site Manager it will be your responsibility to deliver the project. Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager Coordinate and oversee aspects of the project from demolition to completion. Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.Requirements for Senior Site Manager SSSTS CSCS First Aid at Work Relevant experienceThe firm hiring are a highly reputable outfit with a large order book for 2025. They are a main contractor who work nationwide but HQ is in Berkshire and the future work will be based in Hertfordshire. What is being offered Day rate between £(Apply online only).
