Job Description: Temporary Mechanical Site Manager / Project Manager Position: Mechanical Site Supervisor / Manager Location: Oxford Duration: 22 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break deducted) Overview Storm Associates is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Project Manager for a 22-week office fit-out project. You will oversee a team of 20 mechanical workers, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure Health & Safety compliance. Key Responsibilities Supervise a team of 20 mechanical workers. Oversee daily site activities and ensure project progression. Enforce Health & Safety regulations. Coordinate with other site managers and subcontractors. Requirements Valid SMSTS, SSSTS, and CSCS cards. Experience in mechanical site management. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
