Position: Assistant Site Manager – FRA and Voids on Social Housing Salary: Good Package Location: Brent Assistant Site Manager required for FRA works (fire doors) and Voids (kitchen and bathrooms and full redecorations) on a social housing framework in Brent. You will report to a visiting Projects Manager and be responsible for the successful delivery of the project from inception through to completion and hand over. Project: Assistant Site Manager requirede for FRA works (fire doors) and Voids (kitchen and bathrooms and full redecorations) on a social housing framework in Brent. The project is tenants in situ for the FRA works and vacant for the Voids. They undertake projects from as little as £500k up to as large as £10 million within London. Individual: Our client would prefer Assistant SIte Managers with previous social housing refurbishment experience but are open to Assistant Site Managers from other sectors
