They are looking to build on their team of seven individuals, five of which are building surveyors, one architect and one divisional director who heads up the team. Our client has strong established relationships working with companies such as one of the biggest ecommerce provides in the world and large German car manufacturing companies on both a national and international level. The client is pursuing a senior building surveyor or associate director with a preferred background in healthcare projects based out of East Midlands to oversee a range of projects which has a focus primarily on healthcare, industrial and educational projects. A main responsibility in this role will focus on setting objectives and implementing new strategies with a focus on developing new client relationships for the company. Our client possesses a turnover surpassing £700m and actively committed to grow this evidenced by their recent acquisition of a major market player in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience in project management preferably focused within the healthcare sector. Alongside this, having a full membership of RICS is desired and an individual with a strong focus for personal development and career growth is something highly valued by our client.
