Tired of just delivering someone else's design vision? Sick of the Design Director heading up design whilst everyone else just has to take orders? The Company Our client are a mid sized (20 designers) SW London-based, luxury residential design studio that work on incredible projects for private clients. Their FF&E Budgets are typically up to £6million, they tailor the design to the client's requirements and are forward thinking in their approach. As well as making sure their client's are happy, they also have a real focus on keeping their staff happy. They have a low staff turnover (they still have their first ever employee who joined 20 years ago), every person in the company has a voice/input to the design and there is a real family feel among the staff. In 2022 the company made almost £10,000 in charitable donations and this very much aligns with their values as a studio.
