At the moment our Projects Business is very busy and we need to add some resource. All of the work is specialist M&E work mainly for mission critical applications. That said some of the areas that take up a lot of my time that your Junior PM could help with are: Producing Construction Phase Plans Site set up Programme of works Site supervision of contractors Co-ordinating site works Working & As fitted drawings Producing RAMS Contractor safety assessment Producing O&M’s We can also assist with training etc to move to more M&E bias as required
