Start Date: 20 January 2025- long term work Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to supervise and manage a delap and rebuild of a new workshop facility in Motherwell. The ideal candidate will have experience with with steel frames, groundworks and new build projects. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure the project is delivered on time and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site. Maintain project timelines and manage any on-site challenges that may arise. Requirements: Experience with steel frames & groundworks projects. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
