Site Manager - Warehouse Refurbishment / Roofing work Location: Slough, UK Position: Site Manager About Us: The client is a leading construction company specialising in commercial refurbishments. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a warehouse refurbishment project in Slough. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and ensure the successful delivery of a key project. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site activities and manage the refurbishment project from start to finish. Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and site staff. Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for senior management. Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met. Resolve any issues that arise on-site in a timely manner. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in refurbishment or construction projects. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS). Experience in warehouse or commercial refurbishment is preferred.
