Job title: Site Manager Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 Pa Location: Leicester Square O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a full time Site Manager to join an up-and-coming developer. This is a permanent position so they will assign you projects according to the needs of the business but they are coming up to a busy time with lots of new projects starting so there will be no shortage of work. Their projects are typically new build RC Frame or Cut&Carve residential refurbishments. To be considered you must have experience of working on a mix of high volume and high-end residential projects with either a demonstrated history of managing the internals process from 1st fix till handover or specialism in the external stages. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. - Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades. The successful Site Manager candidate must have: Experience of managing the whole internals package from 1st fix onwards or strong knowledge of the externals stages.
