Location: Midlands-based, Hybrid working Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus vehicle Job Type: Full-Time Are you a motivated and eager Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS) looking for your next role in the Demolition division? We are working with a client who is seeking someone just like yourself This role does not require previous demolition experience but it does require a couple of years of quantity surveying or other relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets and cost plans. Conduct site visits and assessments. Support the preparation of tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective project delivery. Monitor project progress and report on cost and progress to management. Requirements: A couple of years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or a related field. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel nationwide one day a week and stay away from home as required. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
