The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site activities, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, and leading a team of subcontractors and site operatives. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of subcontractors, site operatives, and other construction professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the team. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all site operations comply with health and safety regulations and safety protocols. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of all work on site, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards. Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues or delays and take proactive measures to resolve them swiftly and efficiently. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on the project’s progress and addressing any concerns. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, health and safety checks, and progress reports. About You: We are looking for a Site Manager who has: Experience: A proven track record of managing Traditional build construction sites in the residential sector up to £10 million/ up to 50 units. SMSTS certification is essential. Midlands Based Availalable Janaury 2025
