My client is a Project Manager for a Retail Design and Build client of ours is required for a booking that would run on for several months is required. Strong experience working in Retail Design and Build and understanding the Health and Safety parameters on-site is very much required as well as knowing all the CDM regulations. Extensive experience in the Retail build landscape in the UK is required for this position as you must know the UK building regulations like the back of your hand. The booking is for someone to join the team ASAP and would run on well into next year. The role would is based 5 days from their London office or on-site. Only residents of the UK with full UK working rights will be considered. This booking is inside of IR35 and you'll have to go via a Umbrella Company for your tax status for this role.
