Clientside Senior Project Manager - Industrial London / Hybrid £70-90,000 basic plus excellent completion bonus scheme & benefits A London based investor and developer of industrial and warehouse assets have a fantastic opportunity for a project manager to join their team. The business focuses on the south east region and work on projects with a 25-50m acquisition cost and a 10-20m build cost. They are known for delivering some of the best specced assets in the sector. This role will work alongside the head of projects to deliver a strong and busy pipeline of projects. The business typically completes on 8 projects a year and you would be responsible for delivering a proportion of those projects yourself, with guidance and support when you require it. To be considered candidates need to demonstrate experience of delivering industrial projects. The ideal candidates will also have knowledge or experience of demolition, contracts and utility mobilisation. This is a small business with a quality business model. They have a really fantastic culture, they all get on very well and the company owner really values and rewards the team. This is a hybrid role with time split between the office, home and on site. The career path is exciting, as this role will take over from the head of projects in the next few years.
