Current live vacancies include: 1) Senior Project Manager – Holland Park Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 benefits Company: A South West London based contractor specialising in prime residential construction and refurbishments. Project: £10m refurbishment, including complex basement works (piling, underpinning) and a high-spec luxury fit-out. Role: Take full ownership of the project, overseeing all phases from planning to completion, while managing client relationships and ensuring key milestones are met. 2) Senior Project Manager / Senior Site Manager – Kensington Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 (Permanent or Freelance) Company: A high-end residential contractor with a reputation for delivering prestigious projects in London's premier postcodes. Project: £10m refurbishment of a single luxury dwelling. Role: No.1 on-site, leading the team and subcontractors to deliver a high-spec project. 3) Senior Site Manager / Project Manager – Fulham Salary: Competitive (DOE) Company: A growing Prime Residential specialist with an enviable client base of UHNW individuals and developers. Project: £2.5m fast track refurbishment of a penthouse apartment in an occupied building, with complex logistical challenges. Role: Lead the project, handling stakeholder management, logistical coordination, and ensuring timely delivery.
