Description
Our client is growing SME Design and Build Construction company that also have a separate design business. Due to impressive growth they are currently seeking a Qualified Level 3 Architect to join their team based in Bromley Kent. They have a specialism in High End residential and the Wellness Sector. They are hugely client focused and look to build strong client bonds seeing the projects from design through to completion. This is an exciting time to join the business As a Part 3 Architect you will leads the design and technical aspects of building projects. Be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, and work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors. Some of the responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Design : Leading the design of new projects and the redesign of existing projects Project management : Managing the technical aspects of projects, including planning, implementing, and recording tasks Collaboration : Working with other members of the design team and Construction team as well as working with councils. Communication : Communicating effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors. This is a technical role but also client facing Negotiation : Using negotiation skills to resolve construction-related challenges and disputes Our client is looking for someone that has worked in a similar design and build company with high end residential experience. Average projects range in value of £1 – 4 million. Need to have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a high level of technical expertise. You will need to have an understanding of UK construction and contract law, construction procurement processes, and the roles of built environment professionals. This role will require you to be in the Bromley offices as well as onsite at client projects.
