Kenna Recruitments are representing a fit-out contractor who specialise within the hospitality fit out industry who are actively seeking to recruit a Construction lead to join the team. My client has successfully won a range of large commercial fit-out projects across the London region including framework agreements and ongoing contracts with a some great clients. About the role: The main purpose you will be working on the tenders for future projects before then taking through delivery the projects from start to finish and liaising working alongside a Operations Manager giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects. The ideal candidate can have experience in managing fast track commercial fit out schemes £500k to £5 million in value , you will be working alongside the operations manager assisting with the tender process and winning work with a team of assistants on site reporting into you. Responsibilities: Working alongside the design team and putting tender packages together. Work is done in the highest standard. Providing regular updates Meet deadlines.
