Must have SC Clearance Site Manager The company The fit out division of one of the UK’s premier main contractors is keen to strengthen its site management team. They are recognised as being one of the leading contractors within the CAT B D&B interiors / fit-out industry and are working with a range of well known clients across the commercial, media, IT, and healthcare sectors. The role For this particular role we are looking for a Site Manager to do a lift upgrade on a government contract Key Requirements: Your key responsibility will be to ensure that the project is built safely, economically and within the agreed timescales whilst delivering quality. You will be responsible for managing multiple packages. You will also be responsible for ensuring that both sub-contractors and resources are allocated effectively. This is a client facing role. Prior recent experience of working on similiar projects is essential. You must also hold an enhanced DBS, SMSTS, Manager’s CSCS, 1st Aid, and SC Clearance The Plus Points This is a long term contract and there will be the opportunity for follow on contracts
