Our client is looking for a Property Surveyor to be based in the North West This role is a permanent position based from home As a Property Surveyor, you will oversee the delivery of reactive and void repairs, compliance-related remedial works, planned investment programs, and cyclical redecoration programs for the Homes/Schemes in your patch. Your expertise will ensure that all necessary statutory regulations are met, guaranteeing the highest level of compliance.
