Architect (Delivery) Location: Southwark, London Salary: £40 - £50,000 per annum Introduction: An exceptional opportunity has become available with one of the UK’s leading AJ100 studios in their offices right in Central London. Our client are seeking a talented and ambitious Technical Architect to join their well-established team. This role would be ideal for an experienced Delivery Architect who has worked on Commercial projects in the UK. Package: Salary: £40 - £50,000 per annum Flexible working hours Hybrid working Excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression Access to high-profile projects and prestigious projects Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Duties: Lead the delivery of complex architectural projects from detailed design through to completion Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and technical staff, to ensure cohesive project execution Act as a client liaison during the delivery phase, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction Provide technical guidance throughout the design process to ensure all project aspects comply with building regulations, safety standards, and best practices Implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of architectural delivery Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and local authorities to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progression Requirements: Masters Qualified and ARB registered as an Architect Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience Expert in technical delivery of Commercial projects Expert Revit user Proven experience in managing large-scale projects Excellent communication ability (both written and verbal)
