Architect, Oxford £35k - £45k DOE If you would like to know more about this role, please contact Sophie Randle at RGB Recruitment ASAP Exciting opportunity for a quailed Architect to join a friendly and social team in a lovely area of Oxford. The studio has a passion for good quality design and low energy sustainable architecture to include Passivhaus and Enerphit. You will ideally be an experienced design focussed Architect with an interest in low energy buildings, have good job running skills, detailing and technical design skills. The practice works predominantly within residential projects and you will be running projects from inception through to completion and have responsibility the the projects and help to grow the studio. Responsibilities and skills:- Quality design and detailing skills Experience running projects through all RIBA stages Preparing construction and tender packages In depth knowledge of building regulations Contract administration Visit site for inspections Assist in business development Be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit would be an advantage To have a passion within sustainable design and preferably experienced in Passivhaus You must have a full UK drivers licence This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team and be involved with some prestigious sustainable architecture, as well as having an input in helping the practice grow with career progression
