Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with a strong housing background in the Easingwold area on a freelance basis. This role is due to start immediately and predicted to be an 8 month contract. There is the possibility for the role becoming Temp to Perm for the right person. Job duties: Coordinate the dayto-day operations Organise and manage subcontractors on site Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations Experience required: Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS Must have a strong housing background with recent experience Must have strong organisational and communication skills
