Site Manager Main Contractor Commercial Refurbishment Project Freelance: Up to £320 per day Duration: Until Xmas 2024 We are currently searching for a Site Manager to join a prestigious commercial refurbishment project in the later stages of the build. Although there will be general internal fitout package management, there will be a strong emphasis on the roofing package which is ongoing. The roof package will consist of communal outside spaces on several floors. Role: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the project aligns with specifications and schedules. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality. Ensuring all work is performed to the required standards and specifications. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Ensure cost-effective use of resources and identifying potential cost savings. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site. Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including progress reports, daily logs, and incident reports. Required: Extensive experience working on commercial refurbishment/fitout projects. Experience working on communal/landscape roof packages beneficial but not essential.
