Project Manager Role: Overseeing 2-3 Commercial fit outs, (CAT A/B, Cut and Carves, Stip out, Refurbishments) In Manchester, Stockport, Liverpool, Warrington / All north west works. Projects Ranging from £500k up to £2million. Duties: Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans and finalise specifications. Team Coordination: Manage project team and ensure clear communication. Budget Management: Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures. Scheduling: Maintain project timelines and adjust as needed. Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets quality standards. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary client contact. Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation. Completion and Handover: Oversee final stages and ensure client satisfaction. Must Have: CSCS, SMSTS, 1st aid Experience needed: Commercial fit out experience, Working on CAT A/B Fit outs - Out and out knowledge of fit outs.
