Project Manager The Company I am on the lookout for a Construction “Project Manager” to join one of my clients. They are a boutique powerhouse specialising in project management, cost consulting, and building surveying. Currently, they are managing a portfolio exceeding £500 million in projects nationwide. These projects span various sectors, including mixed-use developments, assisted living facilities, healthcare, residential, and commercial ventures. The Opportunity The Construction “Project Manager” will be responsible for: Active involvement in the procurement, design and delivery of new build and refurbishment projects including mixed use, industrial, residential and commercial schemes Supporting Junior Project Managers in their professional development Advising clients on programme, cost and procurement implications of projects for both public and private sector clients Attending client facing meetings in which professional advice is provided Procuring and managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams Involvement in the project delivery process from inception to completion Good working understanding of building technology, compliance/Building Regulations and defect diagnosis As a small, but growing business, this role will provide the right individual with responsibility and the opportunity to be a fundamental part of our growth and success The Ideal Candidate Minimum 3 years post graduate experience MRICS qualified or willing to work towards Chartered status A demonstrable understanding of project management with the ability of managing projects at any RIBA stage Experienced in the use of MS Project and Asta PowerPoint Driven and motivated Good communication skills (both written and oral) Have the ability to appeal to a varied client base Have a successful track record in both professional and project-based work What’s in it for you? £40000 - £50000 Bespoke development training plans Flexible, hybrid working Private healthcare Health & Wellbeing focus and support 25 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays
