Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor I am working with a well-established Rail & Civil Engineering Main Contractor, who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The successful candidate will be working on a portfolio of multidisciplinary light rail projects, based from their site office in Birmingham. Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role: Reporting directly into & supporting the Senior Commercial Manager Communicate with the project team to raise commercial awareness and embed commercial focus Responsible for contract documents, including BOQ's, specifications and drawings Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role: 6 years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with experience of rail/M&E/telecoms Experience on projects involving rail/civil engineering/utilities/groundworks Relevant degree or qualification in the field Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role: Up to £65,000 per annum Competitive benefits package available.
