A very well respected main contractor based in East Yorkshire is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is experienced in New Build and Minor Work projects up to £5 million. Experience in New Build is essential. My client has a healthy pipeline and as a result is in need of someone who is capable of running two projects at once. The ideal, ambitious candidate will have the following skills and experience: ·Working on different contracts (JCT, traditional and NEC) ·Regional Builder Background or similar ·Buying/Procurement Experience ·Monthly Cost Reporting & Monitoring ·Experience with projects including retail and commercial new build and minor works projects is preferred but no essential ·Project Values up to £5m ·Degree Qualified or HNC minimum with relevant experience ·Package: Competitive Salary, plus, Car Allowance, Pension, Bonus, Holidays etc
