Junior Quantity Surveyor (APC Level) Location: Birmingham(Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: Up to £40K (Dependent On Experience) Think Property & Surveying are delighted to be in partnership with a private client who are working closely with us to appoint an additional Quantity Surveyor to their close knit team in Birmingham. What You’ll Do: Performing QS consultancy functions Running projects with support Your work will be spread across a range of different projects including minor and major works, new builds, refurbishment projects. Full project life cycle from inception to completion Predominantly post-contract works Procurement Final accounts Cost estimates Issuing variations Contract administration Tender documentation Feasibility Studies Providing clients with professional advice What Are They Looking For Previous experience as a QS/EA RICS accredited degree Previous experience working in a consultancy would be beneficial Knowledge of JCT Traditional, Design & Build, Intermediate and Minor Works Contracts is desirable.
