Commercial Project Lead role £35m project in London EC1 Cut & Carve, Demolition, piling, basement, RC works Specialist, principal contractor Opportunity to take on the commercial lead of this fantastic, challenging project. You'll manage a QS/Assistant QS based on site and be fully responsible for the successful (commercial) delivery of this scheme, reporting into the Group Commercial Director. It's essential you've got experience on similar central London projects, particluarly those on a self delivery basis. Up to £525 p/d (DOE) or PAYE equivalent and ideally starting in Jan 2025
