Preconstruction Manager – Construction Main Contractor Our client is a long established main contractor, whose growth and expansion in recent years has made them an exciting name in the UK construction scene. They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel, student accommodation, care homes, retail and mixed use projects. Due to continued growth and winning new projects, they’re looking to recruit a Preconstruction Manager to join their team at their Head Office in Central London. The role will involve working across all aspects of Preconstruction, on various construction projects. The role would suit someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in Preconstruction and coming from a Design Manager or Planner background A background on medium / large scale construction projects is essential.
