Position: Project Manager Location: Based in the Home Counties Duration: Permanent Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 subject to experience level plus car or allowance We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Mechanical Refurbishment or installation projects on commercial sites that could include; high street retail, offices, supermarkets, schools etc. This position will be working on a number of large refurbishment projects that include the installation or replacement of Ventilation, LPHW Pipe Work, Renewables and Air Conditioning. The right person for this position will already be an experienced Project Manager, they need to have a strong mechanical background and understand the mechanics of the products that are being installed. It would be an advantage if this person has some experience in working on retail installation projects (mechanical). Requirements Experienced Project Manager Strong mechanical knowledge Worked on mechanical projects that have included ventilation and air conditioning Can be based in any of the home counties or within the M25 Full UK driving licence Happy to travel across the South Eastincluding the South Coast Must have a strong understanding of ventilation or air conditioning Must have experience in managing teams of sub contractors Very client focused Package Basic salary subject to experience level Company car or allowance Expenses covered Pension Good starting package If you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAP
