PROJECT MANAGER - HAMMERSMITH Project Manager required for a large residential developer based on there largest site in South London. This is a long term freelance position with the option of going temp to perm, paying up to £400 per day depending on experience. Skills needed: Relevant experience managing construction projects up to £50 million value is desirable. Good eye for detail, reading drawings. Good communicator, good IT skills, Excel - Elecosoft Asta. Reading Programmes, managing labour and resources to suit. Overseeing a large site team of Senior Site Managers and Site Managers. Reporting directly into the Project Director. You must have CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid and must be able to provide references. Please apply with you CV as soon as possible.
