Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Billericay Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Join a rapidly growing, medium sized, multi-disciplined consultancy based in Billericay who specialise in the healthcare and education sectors. Youll be working on schools, colleges and university buildings along with healthcare projects, ranging typically from £0.5m to £5m all in the Essex and wider London area. Leading both projects and team development, assisting with the management of the quantity surveying team. Requirements: RICS Accredited degree in Quantity Surveying Ideally MRICS or close to achieving so Minimum of 4 years experience ideally from a construction consultancy Experience in at least one of either healthcare or education Confident communicator Attention to detail and strong organisational skills In Return: Salary £60,000 - £65,000 Clear path of progression Annual bonus (discretionary based on company performance and personal development) Pension Cycle to work scheme Phone, laptop Mileage reimbursements
