75GRE Job Title : Construction Delivery Manager - Nights Location : Hinkley Point C, Bridgewater Contract : Long-term Rate : £525 Umbrella (PAYE) £1000 shift allowance per month. Job Summary As a Construction Delivery Manager (Civils background), you'll support a specific section of work, reporting to the Senior Construction Delivery Manager. Key tasks include logistics, planning, compliance, and liaising with contractors and site teams. Key Responsibilities Support contractors in delivering work packages effectively. Address safety and quality concerns proactively. Monitor on-site work, keeping detailed records and reports. Communicate with site teams to ensure smooth operations. Attend meetings with contractors and report outcomes. Conduct safety inspections and maintain clear communication. Requirements Experience in large construction projects (£15 million). Knowledge of CDM Regulations. Strong communication, organisational, and reporting skills. Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering. SMSTS or IOSH certification. Ability to deliver quality results under pressure. It is highly desirable if you have been a Black Hat.
