Requirements/Qualifications Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying Previous experience in the Construction Industry Excellent Communication Skills Attention to Detail Job Duties Consult with clients to understand their requirements. Conduct feasibility studies to vet proposed projects. Calculate quantities and costs for materials, labour, timeframes. Prepare tender packages and contracts, including bills of quantities. Manage risk, value engineering and cost control measures.
