Albion Search are currently working with a national M&E Contactor to appoint a Mechanical Site Manager on a 12 month scheme in Oxford. The client requires a Site Manager with a mechanical bias who has experience managing significant mechanical packages, with the total value of works on this scheme being at £25m. Roles & Responsibilities H&S Inductions Managing trades & sub-contractors RAMS Permits Contracts Manager updates Sub-contractor meetings Ensuring the programme is ran smoothly You must have a valid an in date SMSTS, First Aid and ECS/CSCS Card.
