Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior/Quantity Surveyor with experience within the rail sector working closely a sector within a major rail project. About the role of Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a section of a major rail project with a leading Network Rail principle contractor. They have a small close knit commercial team allowing for a good working environment. Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor Accurate monthly forecasting Producing and sending enquiries with relevant documentation to subcontractors Producing monthly reports and cost value reconciliations Managing any change and producing compensation events Produce, submit, and agree monthly application with the client Liaise with operational and engineering staff Attending weekly progress meetings Working collaboratively with the bid and estimating team Requirements for Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor Experience within the rail sector Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (Desired).
