Project Manager £65,000 - £70,000 London About the company: I am currently working with an established, small commercial and high-end residential contractor based in London and Surrey, who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. Due to an increase in work on the commercial fit-out side of the business, my client is seeking a self-sufficient Project Manager to join their Central London office. This is a fantastic organisation to join, known for its low staff turnover and rare recruitment needs. About the role: As a Project Manager, you will take projects from the post-tender stage right through to handover. You can expect to work on projects up to £3m in and around the central London area. Your week will be split between my client’s London office, on-site, and occasionally working from home if necessary. Ability to commute to various locations around London. Experience working on high-end residential projects is desirable but not essential.
