We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's high-end residential projects. Our client is a main contractor specialising in high-end residenital projects across Central London up to 18m. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering projects to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel. Monitor progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to the project management team. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Ensure the highest levels of quality control and attention to detail are maintained throughout the construction process.
