Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site. Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Liaise with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in new build housing projects. Engineering background preferred over traditional trade qualifications. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
