Your New Company Hays Construction has been retained by a market leading Fit Out contractor based in Northern Ireland, who have long been operating in the industry here in Northern Ireland. This company has produced recognisable bespoke Fit Out projects on high streets across the UK & Ireland. Their portfolio stretches across a range of sectors, including retail, hospitality, leisure, residential, marine, office & banking. They regularly carry out Fit-Out packages between £500k - £20m including prestigious high-end hotels. This firm has a busy end to the year and currently has a requirement for a Site Manager to join them on their latest projects. Your New Role Due to successful bidding, this established Fit-Out contractor is taking on a range of new projects in the coming months. You will be responsible for overseeing the site team to ensure that the fit-out package is delivered to specification and on time. You will maintain a focus on health & safety and ensure that work is completed within the client's budget and deadlines. You must possess a good level of communication and an excellent technical ability. You will be required to deliver daily briefings and liaise with the senior management team to ensure all aspects of the package are delivered accordingly. What You'll Need to Succeed You will join a fast-paced operation that takes pride in delivering unique interior fit-out packages for several long-standing customers. With a long history in shopfitting, this firm has instilled a range of values in their workforce, ensuring an eye for detail and consistent breathtaking results. You will be a driven leader, with the ability to lead the team and ensure an efficient project is carried out. With Fit-Out being an extremely fast-paced environment, you will be required to ensure high levels of productivity to ensure that there are minimal delays in the process. You will be required to have a flexible attitude to travelling on projects based across the UK & Ireland. Furthermore, you must hold a valid CSR Site Supervisor Card, CSCS, or SMSTS training certificate.
