Job Title : Associate / Design Architect (specialising in Residential). Location: London Bridge Salary Range: £42,000 - £50,000 pa, depending on experience. Work arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. About Our Client: Our client is a leading interior design and architectural studio with a global presence and over 300 staff in London. They are renowned for their innovative and cutting-edge designs, which have been recognized with numerous awards. The studio has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of its clients. Job Summary: They are seeking an Associate / Design Architect with a solid architectural background of over 3-5 years post Part 3 to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee all design phases, bringing experience across all RIBA stages. However, the primary focus will be on the early stages (1-3), where strong creative design and design management skills are essential. You will be required to have housing/living including residential and student accommodation experience. Responsibilities: Help deliver small to large-scale projects with a strong emphasis on design. Contribute as a key asset to a rapidly expanding and dynamic studio. Collaborate daily with a design team on projects where creativity is the central focus. Support project team members with tasks assigned to them. Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years’ post Part 3 experience. A robust portfolio of front-end design that highlights your expertise, especially in high-quality residential projects. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills. Architectural background with knowledge of RIBA stages, particularly Stages 1-3. Experience with residential projects. Excellent technical knowledge in Revit and AutoCAD. Sound knowledge in Enscape and Rhino.
