The company is a top Irish contractor who are on the lookout for someone with Fit out experience on large Educational projects. Project Value £45m Good Packages available £55 – 65k plus living away allowance, flights, accommodation and tax free subsistence Criteria · HND / Degree Qualification (ideally) · Minimum 4-5 years Site Management experience – with a Main Contractor · Site Manager with a fit out background and strong computer literacy Duties · Reporting to the Project Manager · Responsibility for all day to day construction related issues · Maintaining an exceptional high standard of health and safety · Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness
